Full Job Description

We are looking for someone to join our team to support the development and delivery of a professional and specialist leadership development consultancy service to meet the needs of the organisation, especially our clinical leadership teams.
You will be instrumental in supporting improvement of the overall organisational performance and effectiveness by developing, delivering and evaluating programmes of leadership .
The role will provide strategic leadership and direction for the Trust's organisational development and leadership development strategies. The role is pivotal in driving cultural change, enhancing employee engagement, and building leadership capacity across all levels of the organisation. A core element of the role will be to support the delivery of a new leadership competency framework, This role contributes to the development and delivery of the Trust's Leadership and staff engagement strategies to improve overall organisational performance and effectiveness.
Working in line with NSFT's People and Culture Strategy, you will regularly assess leadership needs and create, develop and implement Leadership strategies and initiatives including embedding of Trust's values.
We are looking for someone to provide a professional and specialist internal Leadership consultancy service. You will be working alongside HR Business Partners, OD leads, Training and Development Leads and their associated operational managers by providing specialist advice and support to understand, analyse, diagnose, and shape leadership needs. You will also define strategies and plans to meet these needs and contribute to organisational effectiveness.

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust provides child and adult mental health services, learning disability, wellbeing, older people's and eating disorder services across Norfolk and Suffolk.
