Join us and be part of a team committed to empowering adults through education!What is the job role? You will undertake the standard Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship. Further information for this apprenticeship can be found on:https://www.instituteforapprenticeships.org/apprenticeship-standards/st0070-v1-0 This apprenticeship role is a fixed term contract for 21 Months in line with the length of the apprenticeship training. This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)., The pre-interview is a short session to give the candidates further details of the apprenticeship role and to help them understand what to expect from and how to prepare for the final interview. You will also complete a short diagnostic assessment to check the level of Maths and English that they are currently working at and identify any support they may require. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to join our Adult Education Service at Coventry City Council. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in education and a desire to develop their skills in a supportive environment. You should be eager to learn, adaptable, and have good communication skills. A positive attitude, willingness to work as part of a team, and a commitment to helping adults achieve their learning goals are essential.
