Learning and Development Facilitator

The role of a Learning and Development Facilitator at Avery Healthcare is to drive performance and quality within their care homes through the delivery of quality-assured training to the team. The focus is on ensuring that Avery has a competent and compliant team to deliver exceptional care to their residents., As a Learning and Development Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of training topics with a focus on statutory and mandatory training. You will collaborate with the wider L&D team and business operators to identify learning needs and follow appropriate governance and quality assurance structures. Ensuring that all learning interventions meet the diverse needs of learners and take an inclusive approach to ensure learning accessibility and outcomes for all.
