We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our ambitious Academy team as a Learning Experience Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in delivering an excellent learner experience and help us grow our talent! Sound like you? Then read on. EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW This year, we anticipate welcoming over 20,000 learners and hosting around 3,000 learning events across different subjects and disciplines. You'll join a team of other Learning Experience Coordinators and will be responsible for planning and scheduling learning events and programmes, update our e-learning systems to help ensure everyone has an excellent learning experience. You'll provide support by taking ownership of and resolving learner queries, and ensure our employees have easy access to up-to-date Learning and Development (L&D) information. Additionally, you will maintain data integrity by accurately updating training, skills, competencies, and event evaluation records. This is a varied role with a wide range of responsibilities including supporting various projects. We're looking for someone with experience working in a similar varied administrative, project coordination role, or similar. You'll have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, making it an integral part of the team's success. The ability to produce user-friendly reports and performance metrics, along with a strong customer mindset and passion for delivering high-quality experiences, is important.
