Are you looking to gain experience as a Learning Support Assistant where you can positively impact the lives of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities? Or perhaps you are ready for your next role in education. This Learning Support Assistant position starts as soon as you are available, and you don't need to have qualifications to apply - induction and training will be provided. A Special Educational Needs school are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with learners who have SEN and can sometimes display challenging behaviours. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will ideally have:
- A good standard of education and can identify areas for academic improvement with the learners that you support., · The school caters for primary and secondary-aged students, where the staff are committed and focused on delivering an inclusive, fun, and engaging learning environment. · A calm and positive atmosphere, with a passionate leadership team · Supportive environment where you can develop your career with dedicated mentor programmes and training opportunities. You will be required to undertake a full reference check and DBS application prior to securing a position.
