We are seeking to recruit an organised and confident person with good interpersonal and communication skills, to work with and support members of the teaching staff in ensuring that named students with Special Educational Needs and groups of students who require additional support receive the highest possible standards of care and education, ensuring that they are safe, secure and successful.

Position: Learning Support Assistant
Reports to: SENCO
Salary Range: BR4 - £23,955 - £24,125
The salary for this position is BR4 and in the range of £23,955 - £24,125 per annum dependent upon skills and experience.
If working 30 hours per week and for 37 weeks per academic year on an FTE of £23,955
the actual salary will be £16,309. (inclusive of 5.6 weeks paid holiday). The annualised salary is paid in 12 monthly instalments.
Hours of Duty: Monday 0745 - Friday 1430 hrs 30 hours, with an unpaid lunch break of 45 minutes
Contract: 185 days of term time (37 weeks) not including staff training days
