Job Details
Reddal Hill are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hard-working Level 3 LSP who has experience of supporting and working with children as well as supporting teachers. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and hold the relevant qualification. This will be on a fixed term contract for 1 year, with the potential to be permanent after this date should the establishment require.
The position will involve working with full classes, individual pupils and small groups, liaising with teachers, SMT, outside agencies and other support staff. Ideally, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to use your initiative.
The successful candidates will be part of a friendly team and have access to regular CPD and Team Meetings.
NVQ level 3 in childcare is required for this position.

An enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) clearance is required for this role.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
