Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Lecturer to support our learners in developing their knowledge and practical skills in order to become highly employable as a Construction lecturer in Brickwork., Please include a supporting statement outlining how your skills and relevant experience make you the perfect match for the role.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic lecturer with proven experience, a minimum of Level 3 qualification and extensive knowledge in Construction. You will ideally have a vocational qualification to Level 3 in Bricklaying.

You will have experience working within an FE learning environment as well as industry experience and be a flexible team player.

You will have excellent communications and organisational skills and be able to work on your own initiative and efficiently.

This role will suit someone who is seeking an opportunity to showcase their expertise and who can demonstrate a positive approach to work, with the ability to relate and motivate students.

We are recruiting a Lecturer Construction (Brickwork) for Hertford Regional College (HRC). The successful applicant will be part of the Construction curriculum that provides a dynamic and exciting working environment in the state-of-the-art facilities at Broxbourne campus.

Salary £31,225 - £41,425 per annum - including £2,000 market supplement per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, Lecturer - Construction (Brickwork) - Permanent, Full Time across both Ware and Broxbourne Campuses, Monday - Friday (standard work pattern) - Salary £31,225 - £41,425 per annum - including £2,000 market supplement per annum, depending on qualifications and experience - Holiday Entitlement - 42 Days per annum, Closing Date - 14 th October 2024 @ Midday
