Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a passionate and skilled Lecturer in Electrical Installations to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching, fostering student success, and shaping the next generation of electrical professionals. Your Responsibilities Will Include As a key member of the teaching team, your primary responsibilities are:
- Deliver engaging, inclusive, and high-quality learning experiences aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Assist in designing and enhancing course content to meet industry standards.
- Support student recruitment, retention, and progression through targeted guidance and development.
- Maintain compliance with programme regulations, quality assurance processes, and industry best practices.
- Stay up to date with advancements in electrical installations and teaching methodologies.
