Lecturer in Performing Arts (Maternity Cover)
£26,716 - £41,659 per annum, plus £610 Crawley Weighting Allowance
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Are you an experienced and passionate performing arts professional looking to inspire the next generation of actors and actresses? Many of our former performing arts students have achieved successful careers, both on stage and screen in shows as diverse as Evita, Les Misérables, Sunset Boulevard, War Horse, Hollyoaks, and Live at The Apollo and this role is your opportunity to join our fantastic team and help shape our students' future careers!
As a Lecturer in Performing Arts - Acting, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning to our engaged students. Your expertise and enthusiasm will further ignite their passion for acting, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this competitive industry. This role will focus primarily on our Level 2, 3 and 4 acting programmes.
Chichester College has a reputation of producing high quality performances that stretch and challenge learners and enables them to gain the highest possible grades and progress to the next level of education. Past productions have included The Good Hope, Carrie's War and Our Country's Good.
