You will be providing assistance within the Legal Property Team ("LPT") in carrying out property related transactions and provide administrative support to the LPT.,

• To support the lawyers in connection with the sale of RBC owned Council properties under the Right to Buy Scheme.
• To support the lawyers with issuing notices of assignment, certificates of compliance with restrictions on title, postponements of discount etc.
• To support the lawyers in issuing consents, including retrospective consents
• Processing Leasehold Questionnaires
• Provide general administrative support to the LPT
• To carry out a variety of general legal support work
  
  Are you interested in a new development opportunity to gain experience in a new area and learn new skills?, A professional legal qualification or 3 years relevant experience would be desirable but not essential.
Knowledge and understanding of relevant and up-to-date legislation in at least one area of the following would be beneficial:
• Housing Law: Right to Buy statutory regime
• Housing Law - Social Housing Tenancies
• Property Law
