A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Administrator to join a busy and well-established residential lettings agency in Huddersfield. This role requires full flexibility, as working days will vary week to week based on business needs.,

• Acting as front-of-house reception, handling enquiries and booking property viewings.
• Supporting the lettings team in managing a large portfolio of rental properties.
• Carrying out general administrative duties, ensuring accurate record-keeping using in-house software and Microsoft Office.
• Providing excellent customer service to landlords, tenants, and applicants.
  
  Previous experience in an office or estate agency environment is preferred.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work - availability is required on varying days each week.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, well-presented, and organised.
  
  Hours: Varying part-time hours each week (minimum of 20 hours a week), including occasional Saturday cover (1 in 4), This is a permanent position and requires full flexibility with working days.
