As a Lettings Consultant, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of properties with duties that include:

Conducting property viewings and building landlord relationships

Swiftly responding to tenant queries and maintenance issues
Exceeding landlord management expectations
Managing tenancy renewals and negotiating agreements
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual eager to learn from an experienced team. Key skills required for a Lettings Consultant include

Experience in the property sector or customer-facing roles
Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
A driving licence is essential
