Full Job Description

  • Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that inspire curiosity and foster development in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children, creating a safe and supportive environment for them to grow and learn.
  • Embrace the nursery's focus on outdoor learning, using the fantastic outdoor space to promote exploration and active play.
  • Monitor and support children's development, maintaining accurate records and tailoring activities to individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the nursery's homely and happy environment is maintained to the highest standard.
