Full Job Description
This is a role with an opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and progress of our pupils, working to provide one-to-one and group support and teaching. You will be adapting teaching resources, thinking of new ways to learn, being fun and creative in your approach and adaptable to childrens needs. Our Teaching Assistants are highly valued in our school - you will work closely with our SENDCo and SEND team to provide our children with the best possible educational opportunities. You will assist with the care of individuals or groups of students from the ARC Provision, to support their learning and development, whilst ensuring their safety and well-being as well as the ability to work alongside the mainstream Teaching Assistants., A fulfilling and rewarding role where you will be making a difference to children's learning!

Will possess GCSE English & Maths Grade C (4/5) or above or equivalent
Experience of supporting pupils with SEND of behavior needs would be beneficial.
Possess outstanding communication skills and can work well in a team
Can be adaptable, take on board new ideas and think on their feet!
An understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues
