At NOA's Ark Nursery we are looking for a permanent Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team. As part of United Learning we make it our mission to bring out 'the best in everyone' - children, staff, parents and the wider community.
You will be qualified level 3 or above, have a strong understanding of EYFS curriculum along with a genuine passion to work with children. You will also actively promote and support the safeguarding of children within the setting, ensuring nursery policies and procedures are observed at all times.
You will benefit from a generous salary, access to the Local Government Pension scheme, 26 days holiday per year (pro rata) plus bank holidays, as well as many other additional perks.
Important details:
- £24,622 per annum
- This is an all-year-round role, 38 hours per week. You will be required to work 8am - 6pm on 4 days with a day off in the week, alternatively the hours can be worked over 5 days.

You will have:
- Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working in a Nursery setting or similar.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children.
- Knowledge of the EYFS and its practical application within a childcare setting.
- Strong communication skills written and verbal.
- An enthusiastic, flexible, can-do attitude and willing to learn.
