As a Nursery Practitioner Level 3, you will play an essential role in supporting the educational and personal development of the children in your care. Your Role & Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care and education for children from six weeks to five years old.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and play.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative and positive environment.
• Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and team members.
• Support the development of children's social, emotional, and physical skills.
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety protocols are followed at all times.
