Coordinating the publicity materials and marketing campaign assets for the BFI London Film Festival
Liaising with the Festival marketing, press, brochure, digital production and sponsorship teams on supplying relevant materials in a timely manner
Tracking, QCing, processing and curating all publicity materials, eg film trailers, clips, stills and production notes
Owning the shared digital asset database including usage permissions status, and updating internal teams about progress, in order to meet specific deadlines
Supplying materials and metadata to external stakeholders such as creative agencies and Festival venue partners

Knowledge and interest in contemporary film, series and immersive storytelling.
Demonstrable experience in information and data management.
Good understanding and working knowledge of digital video and image formats.
Computer literate and confident in working with Microsoft Office particularly Excel databases, Adobe Creative Cloud and Dropbox.
