We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a love of literature and books, to take on the responsibility of providing support to the Librarian in the daily running of the Library at Graveney School. The successful candidate will, ideally, have some experience in a similar role that will include the supervision of library users, administration of library resources and having the sole responsibility for the Library, in the absence of the Librarian, for one day a week.

It is a very supportive environment that prides itself on the delivery of a comprehensive library service across the full secondary school age range located in our large and attractive school site.

Previous experience within a secondary school setting is also desirable but not essential

The successful candidates will have excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills and be competent in using ICT.
