Full Job Description

The placement will run from the summer of 2025 for one year at our HQ in Milton Keynes, allowing you to demonstrate your enthusiasm and apply your knowledge in a dynamic and fast paced environment. This placement plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the commercial success of marketing initiatives. The successful student will have the opportunity to work closely with both ORBR and VCARB, along with any emerging Red Bull Technology projects. Main Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day management of licensing partners, build strong relationships, and collate meeting notes and agendas.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new licensing opportunities and assist in producing case study documents.
  • Manage inventory and seeding merchandise, handle logistics for gifting items, and coordinate product samples.
  • Raise POs, track orders, coordinate with suppliers, and assist with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure high-quality merchandise.
  • Monitor and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and integrity across licensed products.
  • Assist with reporting, critical administrative tasks, and other relevant projects for the commercial team, while seamlessly maintain up to date internal documents such as product launch and social support calendars.

    Analytical Skills & Market Insights: Analyse market data, financial reports, and performance metrics, understanding market trends and industry developments.
  • Relationship Building & Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams, communicating ideas and results clearly.
  • Project Management & Results-Oriented Approach: Plan and manage projects from inception to completion, focusing on achieving measurable outcomes and meeting KPIs.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset & Creative Problem-Solving: Understand and meet customer needs, thinking outside the box to find innovative solutions.
