As the Lifetime Services Director at Inteq, you will be a critical member of our senior leadership team who are responsible for developing and implementing our vision and strategy. A recently created function, the ideal candidate will drive the functions mission to provide comprehensive, end-to-end support for our clients' automated solutions throughout their lifecycle. This role demands a strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing complex service operations, a good understanding of automated solutions, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer value.,

• Establish the Lifetime Services team as the 'go to' for support of automated solutions in the industry.
• Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Provide excellent strategic direction and leadership to all Inteq employees.
• Always set the highest standards and lead by example.
• Collaborate with and contribute to the senior leadership team to define and implement the vision and strategy for Inteq.

• Implement infrastructure, tools, and software to support efficient and effective service.
• Establish and optimise processes for Lifetime Services workstreams (Customer ops, Account Management and Technical Support).
• Build andd maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a senior point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
• Oversee client onboarding processes for new contracts, to ensure smooth transitions and high satisfaction levels.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty.
• Set and achieve sales targets for the Lifetime Services function.
• Full responsibility of P&L for Lifetime Services function.
• Support the Sales team with new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise staff utilization, ensuring that team members are effectively deployed on projects and support contracts.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure high utilization rates of staff, balancing workload and monitoring performance.
• Ensure the delivery of expert technical support for software and PLC systems.
• Oversee the technical support team.
• Govern the incident management process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues that meet contractual SLA's.
