Full Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with the person responsible for whole school interventions to deliver programmes for literacy support and intervention. Duties will include administration and co-ordination in relation to literacy programmes, working with target groups of pupils and tracking their progress over time.

Applicants will need to be enthusiastic, hardworking and supportive of the school's distinctive Christian ethos. Good literacy and organisation are also necessary along with a genuine interest in the development of pupils' skills. Applicants will need to satisfy all of the essential criteria on the person specification.
