Full Job Description

  • To provide a focused, efficient dispute resolution service between individuals and/or organisations and to represent claimants or defendants before, during and after any court hearings.

  • Managing an independent and diverse caseload of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, property litigation, and other civil litigation cases.

  • Conduct in-depth legal research, draft pleadings, statements, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

    + Civil and commercial litigation

  • + Landlord and tenant disputes
    + Land and Property Actions
    + Possession Claims
    + Debt Recovery
    + Managing a caseload independently whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
    + Good knowledge of compliance with Money Laundering procedures and GDPR

  • Meticulous organisation, an eye for detail and ability to meet multiple priorities to tight deadlines

  • Compelling / engaging communicator with excellent negotiation and written skills

  • Strong IT skills, including experience of case management system

  • Personable and professional, with a team-focused mindset

  • A willingness to support the Department in Business Development.
