Logistics Operative FLT driver - 4 on 4 off Days

To ensure processes are followed within the warehouse to ensure products are receipted in, stored and despatched to the agreed standards and loading plans whilst keeping our colleagues safe.,

• Pick and assemble loads ready for dispatch. Load outgoing vehicles with finished goods as detailed on the loading despatch paperwork.
• Unload as and when required all incoming vehicles and rack away the stock following acceptance and GRN generation.
• Receive, organise and store inventory.
• Work in a safe manner at all times ensuring the safety of myself and colleagues. Follow health and safety policies and procedures at all times and raise any health and safety concerns through the appropriate channels
• Ensure FLT fleet is fit for purpose through completing starter documentation and reporting damage to FLTs and plant damage by following the appropriate procedure
• Upkeep general housekeeping and practice good hygiene in line with GMP requirements
• Undertake training and assist with the training of other colleagues when required. Act as a buddy for new colleagues and provide guidance where necessary.
  
  Experience in a same / similar role within Warehousing
• FLT / Counter balance or reach truck experience is desired (must be able to provide certificate or license) but training can be provided.
• A good standard of education; demonstrates good literacy and numerical skills, able to understand, communicate and report clearly in English
  
  Overtime up to 12 hours per week: time and a half
• Overtime after 12 hours per week: double time
