Logistics Operatives

As the Logistics Operative you will be focusing on all routine and non-routine activities associated within the department from incoming raw materials through to finished product being despatched in line with procedures and standards.,

• Pick, pack & load customer orders
• Put away finished product from production lines.
• Receive & book in raw materials
• Work efficiently and effectively, as part of a team
• Keep work areas clean & tidy at all times
• Achieve targets and KPI s set
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety standards, with an understanding of product quality critical characteristics and standards.
• Support and promote effective communication as a member of the team
  
  Accredited lift truck training
• Previous experience working in a factory/ manufacturing process environment
• Ability to be flexible and willing to be trained in multiple areas whatever department and area this may be
• A Can do attitude and be a good team player
Whilst not essential, the following would be of benefit:
• Full driving licence
• Able to follow instruction and Loading schedules
• Basic understanding of touch screen technology
• Experience of working with various IT programs i.e. MS Word, Excel, SAP
• Able to act quickly when problems arise
  
  We are looking for Logistics Operatives to join our team in Pembridge, Herefordshire on a full time permanent basis. You will receive GBP12.12 per hour plus the relevant shift allowance., Shift allowance is 26% for days, and 35% for nights. The shift patterns are:
• Monday to Friday 06:00 -14:00, 14 00,
• Sunday to Thursday 22 00
