You will be responsible for working across multiple sites, each offering its unique charm and requiring the highest level of attention to detail. • Carry out Maintenance, painting, decorating, and minor repairs across various properties within the collection.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks across multiple sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and complete tasks efficiently and with minimal disruption to property occupants.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

HOURS: Full Time 6am - 3pm (weekend Flexibility is key),
