Full Job Description

The Estates department are looking to enhance their Maintenance team and are looking to add an Maintenance Assistant.

You will work with as an integrated member of the Estates team across a multi-discipline of trades.

You will assist with day to day maintenance and repairs, reactive work and installations within a building and engineering environment. Basic engineering knowledge is desirable.

You will need to drive the department vehicle to collect spares/equipment as and when required, therefore, a full clean driving licence is desired.
