Full Job Description

You'll be working outdoors, learning on the job, and getting hands-on experience maintaining and inspecting cutting-edge traffic systems. Here's what your role will include:

  • Servicing and inspecting traffic signal equipment, including troubleshooting and upgrades.
  • Completing electrical safety tests and inspections (don't worry-we'll train you!).
  • Supporting emergency repairs and out-of-hours work as part of a team rota.
  • Keeping work accurate and safe, while meeting high-quality standards.

    We don't expect you to be an expert yet-that's where our training comes in! But we are looking for someone who:
  • Is eager to learn and ready to pick up new skills.
  • Has a hands-on attitude and enjoys working outdoors.
  • Is safety-conscious and reliable.
  • Has basic electrical aptitude or a keen interest in learning about electrical systems.
  • Works well in a team and takes pride in delivering quality work.
  • Has a full UK driving licence and lives within commutable distance of Swanwick, Hampshire.

    Base salary and annual bonus
