The successful Maintenance and Hot Tub Assistant will · Assist the maintenance team with the upkeep of company buildings and guest accommodation. · Respond to and complete maintenance requests from guests on site. · Assist in the completion of any renovation projects or redecoration. · Complete any planned daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks. · Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of all hot tubs on changeover days. · Assist with grass cutting and strimming, edging and weeding borders and also clearing pathways.

Previous maintenance experience is preferred. A positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills is desirable. A driving licence and the ability to drive is essential for this role due to the use the site buggies / vehicles.,

  We are looking for a Maintenance and Hot Tub Assistant to join our team at Keswick Reach Lodge Retreat in Cockermouth, Cumbria. Hourly rate of £11.44!
This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 40 hours across 5 various days which will include weekends and bank holidays. Shift times will vary and can be any of the following 8am - 4:30pm, 9am - 5:30pm, 10am - 6:30pm or 12:30pm - 9pm. On-call will be required on a rota basis.
