Full Job Description

We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our Asset Management and Operation team as a Maintenance Operative and you might be exactly who we're looking for!

You must possess a trade City and Guilds qualification, or NVQ Equivalent and have experience working in a building/maintenance position where you have carried out basic DIY skills and minor repairs. You must ensure that Health and Safety legislation, Safe Systems of Work and Risk Assessments are always abided by, wearing the relevant PPE at all times and where specific to the task being undertaken. You must be able to organise your own time and work to deadlines and have the initiative to prioritise your own workload to meet the demands of the service. You must have the ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues and be able to work with minimum supervision. You will be required to maintain administrative records of repairs and completed works so that IT systems can be updated.
