Maintenance Operative

As a Maintenance Operative at Avery Healthcare's Elton House Care Home in Bushey, Watford, you will be responsible for ensuring the building and grounds are well maintained. Your duties will include carrying out general maintenance tasks, basic repairs, supporting new residents with room setup, and ensuring routine re-decoration is undertaken. You will need at least one year of experience in a maintenance or handyperson role, a full driving license, and knowledge of health and safety, particularly in areas like moving and handling, fire safety, and COSHH assessments.
