Maintenance Operative

This role as a Maintenance Operative at Avery Healthcare offers the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team that provides exceptional care to residents. You will be responsible for maintaining the building and grounds, undertaking a variety of routine maintenance tasks and ensuring facilities are fully functional., As a Maintenance Operative, your focus will be to ensure the building and grounds are well maintained, undertaking a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services applying basic fixes to equipment and systems whilst ensuring facilities are fully functional. Other responsibilities will include carrying out general maintenance tasks and basic repairs, supporting new residents to arrange their room, undertaking routine re-decoration, advising on supplies and quality of items, and providing out of hours emergency service.
