What is the role?

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Care Team. The role typically reports to the Customer Care Operations Manager.

The purpose of the role is to provide a variety of high-quality remedial and maintenance works for customers in their new homes, providing maintaining high standards of customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities
Manage and prioritise workloads in order to complete high-quality remedial works in a timely manner and in accordance with set SLA's.
Provide quality remedial works, ensuring compliance under the Persimmon Pledge and Customer Care Policies and Procedures.
Minimise costs associated with remedial works and adhere to the sign-off and cost recording policies, identify all contra-charging opportunities.
Complete all required online reporting via the Operative App, facilitating accurate record keeping ...
