As a Major Account Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our membership relationships. From face-to-face connections to innovative problem-solving, your role will be all about putting our members first. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, working closely with Logistics UK's diverse departments to ensure our members feel supported and valued.
- Grow Membership & Revenue: Drive new memberships, upsell, cross-sell, and secure renewals.
- Manage Key Accounts: Retain and expand a portfolio of members, ensuring long-term relationships.
- Identify Opportunities: Generate leads, support contract transitions, and enhance engagement.
- Financial Oversight: Manage contracts, renewals, and resolve invoice queries efficiently.
- Track Performance: Maintain CRM records, present performance updates, and support marketing initiatives.
- Industry Representation: Attend events, share best practices, and uphold Logistics UK's reputation.

- Industry Insight: Experience in transport and logistics (desirable but not essential).
- Proven Sales Expertise: Strong background in B2B sales with pipeline management experience.
- Persuasive Communicator: Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills at all levels.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to craft and deliver impactful sales pitches.
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
