Full Job Description

Leading the deployment, configuration, and management of the MEDITECH EPR system across the NHS Trust, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and patient care processes. Ensuring that the MEDITECH system is fully integrated with other IT systems, such as laboratory, pharmacy, and radiology systems, for seamless data sharing and communication. Overseeing the planning and execution of system upgrades, updates, and patches to maintain system stability, security, and functionality. Leading a team of MIS analysts to ensure all required activities are prioritised, planned, and delivered within the expected timeframes. Ensuring any risks to delivery/deployment are documented appropriately and delivered in a timely fashion to make sure the risk is managed correctly.
