Carnival UK is in search of a Digital Self Service Manager, who is crucial in supporting our digital direction and nurturing a high-performing team. We want to empower our teams to deliver exceptional results, and the Digital Self Service Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the way we do this. This newly created opportunity will work with the Senior Manager to operate, and content manage the user service experience for both P&O Cruises & Cunard, which includes but not restricted to Account, Payments, Pre Cruise, On Ship & Customer Support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the content requirements from multiple stakeholders and maintain comprehensive plans to ensure updates and developments are prioritised and authored by the team within a suitable timeframe
- Working closely with the strategy and development teams to ensure new features, designs and content accurately bring both brands to life - identifying opportunities to enhance content and our end-to-end service journey.
- Ensure appropriate process is in place for any authoring activity and bringing new development authoring to wider Digital Content and Ecommerce teams to ensure alignment with other areas of the journey
- Act as an owner of our CMS platform and work as a content expert in ways of working with wider business functions (including Revenue Management, Product, Deployment, POLAR Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
