Full Job Description

  • The role holder will work as part of the global team responsible for the design and delivery of a core curriculum to individual contributors and people leaders and for Group-wide culture initiatives, To engage globally on requirements, product testing and execution of development curricula and culture initiatives
  • To design and deliver our core development curriculum (for individual contributors and people leaders) globally, both virtually and in-person.
  • To partner with external vendors as required to design and execute global programmes
  • To define outcome measures and communicate ROI
  • To activate and embed our values via the work of our Site Culture Champion Leads and their culture champion squads. To engage, support and enable this key community.
  • To partner with specific teams within the People Function, to ensure we are embedding our Values across the colleague experience.

    Experience designing and delivering organisational and leadership development solutions in a large and complex global businesses
  • Expertise in, and curiosity for methods and approaches to designing and delivering organisational development interventions.
  • Has worked with subject experts and vendors to deliver learning and OD solutions.
  • Experience of instructional design and of the creation of high quality, creative, and effective solutions.
  • Insight and expertise on industry trends and best practices, to challenge the way we apply learning in our organisation.

  • Passion for developing people to enable business growth
  • Strong organizational skills, with an exemplary attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong PPT skills advantageous.
  • Champions innovation and creativity, reads widely
  • Collaborative, self-starter. Able to work effectively as part of a global team.
