Manager, TMT practice

You will be joining our global pool of strategy consultants, and you will lead both local and international projects as our teams work in partnership across the world. As a manager, you will primarily be responsible for the management and delivery of consulting projects, and for the production of high-quality client deliverables. However, you will also be expected to contribute to and lead some business development activities. You will play a significant role in the career development and mentoring of project teams, as well as line-management of team members. The nature of our projects is varied, and you will work on strategy design, due diligence and transaction support as well as regulatory and policy work. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• managing and delivering projects across the TMT industries
• managing a diverse range of project types across a range of different geographies
• controlling and optimising resources and costs in the delivery of projects
• helping to develop intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support project delivery and sales
• building attributable client relationships based on the breadth and depth of your TMT expertise
• proactively inspiring high levels of performance from project teams
• developing and mentoring project teams and sector members, as well as line-managing team members.

Managers are critical members of our project teams, having a clear impact on project delivery and quality, and on developing our teams of experts. This is why, as a minimum, you need existing consulting experience, managing and delivering strategic projects, within the TMT industry. You must be fluent in English.
