Manufacturing Technician

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift,

• Collaborate as part of the assembly team to ensure BioProcess Containers (BPCs) are manufactured on time and meet required standards.
• Build and inspect products according to technical drawings and established procedures.
• Maintain high product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Complete all required documentation in compliance with cGMP and company guidelines.
• Manage and coordinate the movement of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products related to BPCs.
• Adhere to Health & Safety requirements, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  
  Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• General education level to support role requirements.
• Ability to follow detailed and specific instructions effectively.
• A positive attitude with the flexibility to adapt to change.
Physical Requirements:
• Capable of handling materials up to 25 kg, with reasonable adjustments if necessary.

  Working hours:
• 40.25 hours per week, 12h shifts
• 4 nights on, 4 nights off;
• 6.00 pm - 6.00 am
