We are seeking a Market Trend Analyst to join our Market Insights team. This position will support our coverage of takeovers, equity capital markets, and corporate governance, while helping shape our product's strategic direction.,

• Monitor legal and regulatory news and deal information.
• Create daily alerts and weekly newsletters on transactional developments and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with the corporate PSL team to update practical guidance content.
• Conduct market research to ensure transaction summaries are current and relevant.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of deal and market information.
• Produce trend reports and webinars on corporate law topics.
• Develop model precedents and expert commentary with in-house corporate lawyers.
• Enhance methods of accessing, summarizing, and analyzing public information and data.
  
  Experience in corporate law, financial markets, or business analysis.
• Relevant law degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to manage complex workflows and generate innovative content ideas.
• Experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity is preferred.
