MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR Commencing - January 2025 Term Time + 2 weeks, 32.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 4:30pm Salary - £29,572 to £32,654 FTE Actual Salary - £22,978 to £25,373 p.a. The Role Watling Academy is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Communications Coordinator to drive our external communications and community engagement. As our Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will:

• Manage and shape external communications, ensuring they reflect Watling Academy's values and purpose.
• Create eye-catching content for our social media platforms and keep our website vibrant, engaging and compliant.
• Keep our community connected by overseeing key communication channels, including the school calendar, newsletter and Parentmail correspondence.
• Make a real impact, using your communication expertise and creative ideas to strengthen engagement.
