Marketing Manager

Due to business growth, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to our friendly and supportive marketing team here at SMS Environmental. This is an exciting opportunity for you to support development of our marketing strategy for the business, as well as being responsible for managing and developing a direct report. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, sales pipeline growth, and revenue for the company. Leading the development and implementation of strategic B2B marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth; you will also oversee and manage HubSpot workflows, including automation, email marketing, and lead nurturing processes to optimise customer acquisition and engagement.

Essential:

• Experience in managing event planning or marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
• Proven expertise devising a marketing strategy, with evidence in market growth
• Prior experience managing, developing and reviewing performance of at least 1 direct report
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and content channels
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot
• Attention to detail and ability to manage event logistics effectively
• Ability to analyse data and present actionable insights to stakeholders, on ROI
• Educational qualifications to Degree Level or equivalent
Desirable:
• Higher level education (MSc or equivalent) in Marketing Desirable
• Demonstrable Hubspot Courses - Certified
