Full Job Description

  • As an integral part of three busy urban hotel commercial teams, you'll work with key stakeholders to develop a marketing strategy and annual plan that aligns with the hotel's business and commercial plans ensuring that campaigns and initiatives have clear KPIs and objectives.
  • You'll be responsible for managing the marketing budgets and reporting on the performance of marketing activities at all three properties. This includes evaluating the ROI of marketing campaigns and ensuring that marketing activities are cost-effective.
  • Working closely with your other commercial colleagues, you'll develop a social media strategy and lead the day-to-day management of social media channels, including content creation and managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • You will ensure that all activities follow GDPR regulations, brand and Aimbridge operating policies, processes, and systems. They will also report on the performance of marketing activities monthly and evaluate KPI delivery and ROI as required.

    It is essential that you have a extensive experience within marketing and a strong understanding of the marketing mix, including websites, search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), email marketing, social media, print/collateral management, and PR. Your experience should include devising and delivering marketing campaigns and reporting on their performance.
  • It goes without saying that you'll have strong interpersonal skills and be able to influence and engage effectively at all levels. You should have excellent communication skills, be creative, analytical, and detail oriented.
  • You'll be commercially savvy, driven, and determined to achieve results. They should be organised, diligent, and skilled at managing multiple competing priorities. You'll be autonomously able use your initiative, solve problems, and find solutions.
  • As with any role in this exciting sector, we're looking for a true creative! You should be able to create content, including copy, video, and images for use on social media. and have excellent attention to detail, highly motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic about your work.
