Full Job Description
In the Medtronic Diabetes business unit, we are currently looking for a fulltime Marketing Manager for the UK and Ireland. This Marketing Manager UKI will lead a team of marketing and product management specialists, amplifying the impact of marketing through a truly outside-in, customer-centric focus. You will be working closely with the region's sales managers, field teams, education team, as well as with the Diabetes Headquarters in Switzerland. Additionally, you and your team will impact choices for both Healthcare Professionals and People Living with T1 Diabetes. Ideally, you will be located in England or Ireland. You will work remotely or from our Watford office, with regular travel for customer visits, sales meetings, conferences or internal events. We have been pioneers of diabetes management for more than 25 years. Our insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring, and smart multiple daily injection systems allow people with diabetes to track and manage their glucose levels. Medtronic Diabetes products help people improve their diabetes management and lower their risk of long-term complications. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Leads team of marketing and product management specialists for the UKI region growing skillsets and careers, and joining forces for maximum impact on the UKI markets
- Develops and implements multi-channel marketing strategies, targeting people with diabetes and healthcare professionals
- Leads campaign planning and execution
- Creates and manages content across all channels, ensures consistency in execution, tailored to appropriate target audiences
- Collaborates cross-functionally across the UKI and EMEA organization and represent the marketing function in the UKI Management Team
- Manages agency and other external partner relationships
- Monitors and reports on marketing KPIs.
Bachelor of Master's in (digital) Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication - 3 - 5 years people management experience
- Fluency or native in English
- Collaborative, open mindset
- Agile and flexible to handle multiple tasks and perform in a rapidly changing, multi-stakeholder environment.
