This role is a key part of the EMEA Marketing team, responsible for driving the marketing vision and strategy for Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) portfolio in the region. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position plays a critical role in delivering business growth, enhancing customer engagement, and strengthening marketing capabilities. The focus is on developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies, optimising collaboration across teams, and ensuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. This role requires up to 35% travel, with varying periods. You can be based in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, or Spain, as long as you are well-positioned to travel within the EMEA region. Our vision for PI at BD Our Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance.,

  • Builds and optimises marketing processes, enhancing capabilities to drive integrated solutions and business growth.
  • Leads the adoption of digital and omnichannel marketing strategies in collaboration with the Omnichannel EMEA team.
  • Translates global marketing strategies into regional plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coaches and mentors marketing professionals, fostering excellence and continuous development.
  • Works closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and other teams to translate clinical insights into marketing actions.
  • Engages with global marketing teams to contribute to worldwide strategy and ensure EMEA representation.
  • Acts as a key member of the EMEA Leadership Team, driving marketing excellence across the region.

    Extensive marketing experience ideally in life sciences, medical devices, or healthcare, with a strong track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of EMEA healthcare markets, including disease areas, treatment trends, and competitor activities would be an asset.
  • Strong critical thinking, with the ability to translate high-level direction into actionable marketing plans.
  • Expertise in omnichannel marketing, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a complex, matrix organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
