We are looking for a Marketing Officer to help us tell Middlesbrough's story and run campaigns that improve our town.

We need a creative and passionate person to deliver eye-catching multi-media marketing campaigns. It will be your job to make sure our messages get through to the right people. That will be everyone from community groups to international investors, as well as our own staff.

The marketing plans you deliver will help to influence and change behaviours. Along with the rest of our team you will demonstrate how Middlesbrough Council is delivering for residents and businesses. No two days will be same.

You will be producing informative and fun content for our socials, briefing designers, copywriting for print and digital and publishing to our websites.

You will build digital marketing campaigns, coordinate film and photoshoots and organise promotional events and competitions.

You will collaborate with teams across the Council as we focus on delivering the mayor's vision, which outlines the things that matter most and what we will deliver for Middlesbrough.

We need someone who is an enthusiastic, well-organised multi-tasker, who thrives on challenges, works well under pressure and can ensure that our marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
