Full Job Description

Chief Business Office is seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Vice President. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our Markets business, working closely with senior management, trading teams, business managers, and leveraging their analytical and negotiation skills to drive business growth and performance. The role will be within the Markets Chief Business Office which provides an integrated platform with cross-products, cross-regional innovative capabilities and subject matter expertise, to support Markets strategy and growth.,

  • Collaborate with trading teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in our Markets business by identifying and implementing expense reduction initiatives.
  • Negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Compile and present complex information in a clear and concise manner to senior audiences.
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret complex market data and trends.
  • Leverage technical skills in Python, PowerBI, and advanced Excel to manipulate and analyze data.

    Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving positive outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to compile and present complex information to senior audiences.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Python, PowerBI, or Advanced Excel., Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience with 5+ years' experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
