A vacancy has arisen for an Administrator working within the Central CAMHS service.
The successful candidate will provide a professional and comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the Community CAMHS Clinical Team.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication, organisational and secretarial skills who is able to demonstrate the ability to work as a Team player and also to work independently. The post holder will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to deal with patient and carer queries in a sensitive and empathetic manner due to the nature of the service.
The successful candidate will play an important role within the service to provide efficient administration support and be expected to deliver a comprehensive Administration service to support service delivery., By the nature of the duties, the post holder is required to maintain strict confidentiality and will be expected to deal with patients, relatives and visitors with courtesy and discretion at all times.By the nature of the duties, the post holder is required to maintain strict confidentiality and will be expected to deal with patients, relatives and visitors with courtesy and discretion at all times.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
