First Response Service (FRS) is expanding to include Mental health Response Vehicles (MHRV) across the Trust footprint. The post provides an opportunity for motivated individuals to be involved in developing the FRS delivery model. Patients will be transported to safe spaces across the Trust including crisis cafes, where the team will have access to First Responders. The post holder will be expected to work as part of the Urgent Care Mental Health First Response Service which includes Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Teams, Liaison Services, Street Triage Services, Liaison and Diversion Services.

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services for a population of over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care, as well as the provision of three GP surgeries in Cheshire. This aims to give you all the knowledge and guidance to help you hit the ground running with CWP. Whether you are just starting out in your career or looking to use your existing skills and experience in a new role, you'll find something to suit you at CWP.

  • We offer a relocation package of up to £8,000
  • The relocation package is for anyone who would need to relocate in order to take up employment with Cheshire and Wirral Partnership. Terms and conditions apply. An exciting opportunity has arisen within our First Response Service. The successful applicant will be providing enhanced management and mental health assessment for individuals who contact 999 with mental health crisis via the Mental Health Response Vehicle (MHRV).
