Full Job Description

We are recruiting for a MHE Coordinator to join our expanding team based at our site in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidate will work: Monday to Friday, 6:00 to 14:30 or, Monday to Thursday, 7:00 to 17:45. Main responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-house training and assessments for MHE operators.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate training records and certification updates.
  • Conduct refresher training and competency checks.
  • Support continuous improvement in MHE operations and best practices.
  • Assist in accident investigations and corrective action planning.

    Desired skills & knowledge:
  • Strong knowledge of MHE operations, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring employees.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to assess risks and promote a safety-first culture.
  • RTITB Instructor Training.
